Today I Can Write Whatever I Want

Today we are a partayyy in class after we take our quiz. Awesome! I'm lucky my mom let me take our pack of napkins because if i didn't bring anything xoliswa wouldn't let me eat. The end. ByE

You can't see me...

If i was invisible for a day i would walk around and see how things are when i'm not there. I would see if people acted differently when i'm not around. I could listen in on other people's conversation which would be fun. I could be so sneaky if i was invisible! it would be awesome.

No Internet?!? WHAAAAAT???

If there was no internet the world would be a totally different place. Things would be a more personal and interactions would occur face to face. If we look back to the late 80's and early 90's we can see examples of how the world would be without internet.

Colors

If i had to describe myself as i color, i think i would be light blue. Not only is it my favorite color, it also fits my personality.

Fame!

I always thought it would be cool to be famous. But then i realized that everyone would know everything about me and i changed my mind. So i'm pretty ok with being unfamous. For now...

Good Advice

The best advice I have ever received was when my best friend mallory told me to be more spontaneous. Its funny how she knows that i really need to be that way. It was so helpful because i feel i can really take this advice and apply it to my every day life. awwwww!

True Greatness

What is greatness you ask? I don't believe you can truly and correctly define greatness. Greatness can come from many different places and depends on how great it truly is.

If i was not at school right now, writing this journal , I would much rather be sleeping. I'm really tired and i want to sleep. But instead i am writing on my blog.

Award

If i could win any award, i would love to win an Oscar. I've always dreamed of winning an Oscar and having to give an acceptance speech . I would give the best speech everrrr. I have always wanted to stand in front of the huge crowd and thank my family and director and fans and everyone! and of course i would tear up a little. Its like an Oscar tradition.

FrEe WrItE

Today is a free write day! Hm, what can i write about today. Well were supposed to be writing our stories but i really do not like what i'm writing about. I hate SDS! why did i choose it?! So....i'm really glad its almost the weekend. I had a very stressful week. All the sudden everything in my car seems to be breaking. First one of my side mirrors broke. Then I had a leak in my car and all the carpet had to be ripped out. Now i blew my stereo speakers! Gah this is so frustrating. I would rather just vent on my blog all day but i must go write this story. Peace.

Reality T.V.

What reality show would i be on? The Hills! I would love to be on that show. If i could live in the Hollywood Hills and work in the fashion business it would be awesome. All the girls on the show are living every girls dream. If i were friends with them i would tell them that all the drama they create is dumb and they should all get along, but i bet they wouldn't listen. Anyway, i think it would be totally, like, awesome to be on that show. :)

Make Me Happy

All of my best friends make me happy. I love them all. Like mallory who always makes me happy and xoliswa who always makes me laugh. Mally and Xo are my journalism friends and we make up our gang, the BCC. Im pretty much happy all the time, so its hard for me to pinpoint exact things make me happy.

Effort

It is important to always put forth your best effort because you can never be satisfied with your work if you know you didn't try your hardest. I have to go. Its time for vocab. Bye.

the best thing about being a teen

I think the best thing about being a teenager is that i'm grown up enough to do things on my own but i'm also still young enough to have my parents take care of me. They pay for things and give me food and i can still live in my house, but i can also go out and be independent.

Thank You Note

Your a Good Friend, Charlie Brown

I don't know if charlie brown really was a good friend. But if he was, he would have these qualities. He would care about his other friends, such as Linus, Lucy and Peppermint Patty. He would be worried if they had something wrong and he would be there to listen if they needed to talk. Being a truly good friend means that sometimes you have to sacrifice what you want to be there for your friend, and hopefully they would do the same for you. We should all follow Charlie Brown's example and care about the people around us and hopefully our friends will be as loyal as his. But without carrying blankets around.

Free Write oooohhhh Yeah

I'm gonna write about....Frogs!!! Frogs are cool, unless your deathly afraid of them. Then they can be very scary. But i don't think they are too bad, even though other people might. :)

Change The World

If i can change one thing about our world it would be to stop all the fighting and the wars that happen for no reason. I know that war is sometimes necessary but i wish leaders would wait until it was an absolute necessity before killing hundreds of people. And of course i would also stop world hunger.

Positive Qualities

I have a lot of positive qualities. I am very nice to people most of the time. I'm really open minded and i like to listen to the whole story before judging. I hate drama and arguing over silly things so i try my best to keep situations fun and light. I probably have a lot more but if i keep talking about myself I'm going to sound very conceited. I don't think twitter is a bad thing. if i did i wouldn't have one. I'm a pretty nosy person and i think its fun to see what all my friends are doing and thinking. Twittering is not something i do constantly, but when something exciting happens I feel the need to alert all my followers. Tweet Tweet!

Economic Changes

I don't really know how the economic changes have affected me directly. I know that my family is trying to spend less, but thats nothing new. Were always trying to save money.

Free Write! Yes!

So today is a free write day. I don't know what to say. I'm not as tired as i should be. I ate a gigantic piece of chocolate cheesecake late last night and i think all the sugar kept me awake all night. I saw the movie Slumdog Millionaire yesterday and i would have to say its the best movie ive seen in a long time. Absolutely wonderfully amazing. Anyway, that is pretty much all that's going on. C-C-C-C-Controversial

Why do i think there is so much controversy in the world? Well, there are about 5 kajillion people on this planet, all with different ideas of what is right. Even though it would be great if everyone could just agree and get along, that will probably never happen.

20 Years Down The Road

In 20 years where will i be? Hm. Well hopefully i'll be married with some kids. Also i hope i'm writing for Rolling Stone :) Or another magazine. I don't really know for sure where the future will take me, but i just hope that i will be happy.

Life As A Teenager Isn't So Easy

People always say that being a teenager is supposed to be the best time in your whole life. But even though most things are fun, a lot of things are very stressful. There is a lot of pressure on teenagers to do well in high school so they can get in to a good college. It seems that almost everything is related to going to a good college so you can make money and be successful. It so much pressure! Making sure I live up to the expectations of the people around me is the most difficult thing about being a teenager.

My One and Only Item

If i could only own one item, not including my phone or ipod, i would choose to own my big circle chair. I have a big red chair thats shaped like a circle and it is so comfortable. As long as i had that i would be happy.

Food For Life

If i had to eat one food for the rest of my life, i think it would be pizza. I could eat a different kind of pizza everyday. I could even eat dessert pizza and breakfast pizza! That would be awesome. Except i would have to work out at the same time so i don't end up weighing a thousand pounds.

News!

The most interesting thing in the news right now is definitely not chris brown and rihanna. I don't think its that big of deal. Even though its not news, i think the outcome of the Grammy Awards is the most interesting thing. The award show this year was really good and a lot of deserving artists won awards.

The Mall Is Closed But I'm Still Inside!

If i was stuck in the mall after it closed, the store that i would want to be in would be Nordstrom's. That store is super huge and has lots of things in it. And its always nice in there. It also has a coffee shop in it so i could eat if i got hungry. What would be the best situation would be if i somehow had the keys to all the stores in the mall. That would be a fun day.

Nothing is Normal

I don't think anything can ever be considered "normal." Things are too different to compare and to set a standard. If anything was normal, that would be boring.

Advertizzzzzzing

How do advertisements affect me daily? Well I see them all day long but i have yet to see any real consequences from that. I'm sure there are effects from seeing advertisements all day everyday, but on a direct, daily level.

How Would I Choose to Learn Something New?

This journal prompt is weirdly written but i will try to answer it the best i can. If i had to learn something new i would choose to learn by someone showing me. I like to learn how to do something and then try to do it myself so i can learn by doing. This didn't really make sense. Sorry.

Responsible For My Actions

Being responsible for my own actions is important because it shows that i'm mature and grown up. If i didn't take responsibility people wouldn't rely on me.

Comfortable In My Own Skin

To be comfortable in your own skin means that your okay with who you are. To me it means that you love the way you are no matter what anyone else has to say, and i think everyone should be this way. If you have a positive image of yourself, then everyone else cant help but think the same. :)

If You're 100 Years Old Then I have Some Questions For You

If I met someone that was 100 years old and was still able to answer some questions, these are the few things i would ask them. Of course they have a lot of stories from their long life but i would want to know the one thing they remember the most. I would also ask what was their happiest memory and then i would want to know if they had any advice for me. i recently visited my great grandma who is 90-something but i didn't ask her much. She had one good ear that you had to scream into if you wanted to be heard, so our conversations didn't last long. But if i did meet a 100 year old person that would answer me, then i would definitely ask.

Whats Exciting in 2009

The thing that excites me most about 2009 is, well, i'm not sure. I'm excited about the weather getting warm again because im tired of the cold. I like the warm weather because then i can drive around with my windows down and I love that. Yay summer!!! Too bad its like five months away.
